7/29/25 Palo Alto Eyes CyberArk In $20 Billion Deal That Would Shake Up Cybersecurity Market
Palo Alto Networks (PANW), the most acquisitive cybersecurity firm, is in talks to acquire CyberArk Software (CYBR) for $20 billion, in what would mark its biggest deal to date under Chief Executive Nikesh Arora. Palo Alto stock fell on the news.
CyberArk is a leader in privileged access management. Its identity security platform spans over workforce and customer access, end point privilege security, secrets management, and identity management.

7/31/25 NYSE Parent to Acquire Enverus in Potential $6B Energy Data Deal
From Wall Street trading floors to Milwaukee boardrooms, deal chatter surged this week with news that Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, is in advanced talks to acquire energy data powerhouse Enverus in a blockbuster deal that could exceed $6 billion.
The prospective tie-up would add to ICE’s growing empire of financial technology and analytics platforms, solidifying its role not just as a marketplace operator but as a dominant provider of data across industries.

7/31/25 Verisk Expands Residential Insurance Push With $2.4B AccuLynx Deal
Data analytics firm Verisk said on Wednesday it will buy AccuLynx, which makes software for roofing contractors, for $2.35 billion as it looks for a bigger foothold in a key segment of the residential insurance market.
The all-cash deal could allow Verisk to simplify interactions between insurers and contractors, which it says will speed up claims and lower expenses for policyholders.

7/30/25 Nextracker launches robotics division with OnSight Technology acquisition
Nextracker, a solar tracker and related technologies provider, has launched a new artificial intelligence and robotics business initiative. Over the last year, the company has invested over $40 million to acquire three AI and robotics technologies. These acquisitions build on Nextracker’s end-to-end digital platform for solar power plant deployment.

7/29/25 Baker Hughes bets on LNG, data center demand with $13.6 billion Chart Industries deal
Oilfield services firm Baker Hughes (BKR.O), opens new tab said on Tuesday it would buy Chart Industries (GTLS.N), opens new tab in a $13.6 billion all-cash deal, including debt, topping a previously-agreed merger offer that Chart struck with rival Flowserve (FLS.N), opens new tab last month.
The deal will give Baker Hughes greater exposure to industrial technology servicing liquefied natural gas and data centers, at a time when American energy exports and digital infrastructure growth are garnering huge interest from companies and investors.

7/29/25 GTCR to acquire FMG Suite, expanding its wealth tech portfolio
Private equity firm GTCR is deepening its influence in the wealth tech space with a definitive agreement to acquire FMG Suite.
The deal announced Tuesday would see FMG's ownership transfer from Aurora Capital Partners to GTCR.
FMG, founded in 2011, is a major provider of marketing automation software for financial advisors and insurance professionals, serving more than 50,000 financial professionals and over 3,500 property and casualty insurance agencies through its Agency Revolution brand.

7/29/25 RealPage Acquires Rexera to Accelerate AI Innovation
RealPage, a provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry, has announced the acquisition of Rexera, a pioneer in agentic AI for real estate operations.
By combining Rexera’s agentic AI workforce with HomeWiseDocs’ HOA platform, RealPage is creating a nationwide platform capable of delivering real estate transactions and operations services at scale with speed, precision and customer satisfaction, an announcement read.
RealPaige says these new capabilities will directly address some of the most time-consuming, manual pain points in real estate, such as HOA document retrieval, lien searches, mortgage payoffs and compliance workflows. Together, RealPage and Rexera will make these complex processes faster, more accurate and more effortless for title agents, lenders, escrow officers and ultimately the buyers and sellers they serve.

7/29/25 US fintech Trovata acquires ATOM, bags $9m Series B extension
Trovata, a US-based automated multibank cash management platform, has acquired ATOM, the enterprise Treasury Management System (TMS) developed by Financial Sciences Corporation, to enhance its corporate treasury capabilities.
ATOM's treasury tech provides support for in-house banking, bank account management, bank fee analysis, credit facilities, FX hedging, domestic and international payment workflows, debt and investment instruments, and intercompany transactions.
The solution will be fully integrated into Trovata's cloud-native platform, which currently includes tools for payments, cash reporting, forecasting, and positioning. The company describes its platform as the first cloud-native treasury system built using corporate banking APIs and artificial intelligence (AI).

7/27/25 US cyber firm Axonius buys Israeli healthtech company for $180m
Axonius, a cybersecurity firm, has acquired Cynerio, an Israeli healthcare IoT cybersecurity startup, for US$180 million.
The total deal value could reach US$250 million based on performance milestones.
This move marks a strategic expansion for Axonius into the healthcare and critical infrastructure sectors.

7/26/25 KKR in talks to buy ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, Bloomberg News reports
U.S. investment firm KKR (KKR.N), opens new tab is in talks to buy Singapore-based ST Telemedia Global Data Centres in a deal that could value the Asian infrastructure provider at more than $5 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Saturday, citing people familiar with the matter.
